Private One-on-One Reiki Certification

Reiki is more than learning where to place your hands—it begins with learning how to prepare, protect and heal yourself before holding healing space for others.

These private, in-person Reiki certifications offer an intimate learning experience guided by Merit Ptah, Kemetic Reiki Master and owner of Choke Ah Bead Metaphysical Store. Because each certification is taught one-on-one, the experience can be personalized to your spiritual development, sensitivity to energy and individual learning needs.

Each certification course lasts approximately four to seven hours. Students should bring a notebook and pen and be prepared to take detailed notes throughout the training. Selected handouts may be provided when appropriate.

Reiki Level I: Foundations and Self-Healing

Level I introduces you to the foundations, history and purpose of Reiki. This level centers on self-healing, energetic awareness, cleansing, grounding and spiritual protection.

You will begin developing a relationship with Reiki energy, learn why your personal healing must come first and receive your Level I attunement. This level prepares you to practice Reiki on yourself while building the spiritual foundation necessary to eventually support your family and community.

Your private Level I experience includes approximately four to five hours of instruction, your Level I attunement, guided learning, selected handouts when appropriate, a certificate of completion and a 21-day self-healing integration practice.

Reiki Level II: Practitioner Certification

Level II is the next step for students who feel called to work with others and begin developing a professional Reiki practice.

This hands-on training explores how to prepare and hold a healing space, work intuitively with energy and incorporate supportive healing tools such as crystals, pendulums, aromatherapy and sound instruments. You will also receive guidance on client care, energetic boundaries, spiritual protection and creating a complete Reiki experience.

Your private Level II experience includes approximately four to seven hours of instruction, your Level II attunement, guided hands-on practice, selected handouts when appropriate, a supervised Reiki session and your Reiki Level II Practitioner Certificate.

Prerequisite

Reiki Level II is available exclusively to students who have completed Reiki Level I with Merit Ptah. Certifications received through another teacher do not replace this prerequisite because both levels are taught as one connected spiritual pathway.

Students may register for Level I individually or reserve the complete Level I and Level II pathway. When purchasing the complete pathway, each level will be completed on a separate date with a required integration period between them.

Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Because each certification reserves an extended block of private, one-on-one training time, all certification payments and deposits are nonrefundable.

One rescheduling request may be made with at least 72 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests received with less than 72 hours’ notice, late arrivals that prevent completion of the course and missed appointments will result in the payment being forfeited.

If your certification must be canceled by the instructor, you may transfer your payment to a new date or request a full refund.
