Take a mindful pause this season and share a peaceful hour of connection with your little one. Our Parent & Child Meditation is a heart-centered experience designed to help families slow down, breathe deeply, and nurture gratitude and calm together.

Through gentle guidance, sound, and stillness, parents and children will explore mindfulness practices that inspire connection, compassion, and presence. This session invites families of all backgrounds to experience the beauty of meditating side by side — creating memories and energy that will linger long after you leave.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket, and come with an open heart.
