Vibrations of Gratitude: November Sound Bath Series

Join us every Sunday evening in November for a month of grounding, alignment, and renewal through sacred sound. Each session in this four-part series is guided by Merit Ptah and inspired by the chakra system — helping you release, restore, and reconnect with the divine rhythm of your body and spirit.

Immerse yourself in crystal singing bowls, chimes, and healing frequencies designed to open your energy centers and deepen your sense of peace. You’ll leave each session lighter, clearer, and more connected to your authentic self.

Please arrive 10min early as doors will shut promptly at 6:30 PM.

• Nov 9 – Harvest of Love (Solar Plexus & Heart Chakras)
  Focus: Gratitude, warmth & compassion
  Wear yellow or green
• Nov 16 – Truth & Vision (Throat & Third Eye Chakras)
  Focus: Authentic expression & intuitive clarity
  Wear blue or indigo
• Nov 23 – Peaceful Completion (Crown Chakra)
  Focus: Surrender, spiritual connection & calm
  Wear white or violet
