Soft Opening Community Sound Meditation

Before we fully open our doors the second week of March, we invite you to join us for a special two-hour Community Sound Meditation inside our new space.

This gathering is our soft opening — an intimate evening of guided journaling, breathwork, crystal sound bowl meditation, and intention setting. Together, we will reflect, release, and step into this new season in alignment.

Yoga mats will be available; however, for your own comfort you are welcome to bring a mat, pillow, and blanket. Please bring a notebook and pen, as journaling will be a required part of this experience.
