June- Guided Sound Bath Meditation

Join us for an evening of relaxation, restoration, and energetic renewal through the healing vibrations of sound.

During this 45-minute guided meditation, you will be immersed in the soothing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, a brass singing bowl, tuning forks, rattles, wind chimes, and other sound healing instruments designed to help calm the mind, release tension, and restore balance to the body and spirit.

Whether you are new to sound healing or returning for another experience, this gathering offers a peaceful space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and simply receive.

We do have a limited number of yoga mats available, but you are welcome to bring your own for added comfort.
