First half of class/

• Going over the 7 chakra systems, and there meanings to our lives and bodies
• The use of crystals for our chakras
• Different oils and incense for our spiritual protection
• How to cleanse yourself inside and out
• Tips and tricks (secrets I have learned)

The first half of class you will be needing a notebook and pen.

Second half of class

• Demonstration of sound therapy 
• Teaching you how to use sound bowls for healing (and other instruments)
  The second session is exciting! Very hands on!

Both sessions you will have the opportunity to ask questions. Get my advice on anything you have been wondering about.
